FRESH GREEN BEANS
4 slices bacon, cut up
2 lb. green beans, cleaned & snapped
1 cup water
salt
Fry the bacon, add the beans and water. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer 25 min or until done to your liking. Turn up the heat, cook and gently stir occasionally until the water is evaporated. Let the beans fry a little in the bacon fat before removing from skillet. Salt to taste.

2 cans french style green beans, drained
Fry kielbasa, remove. Add beans and stir-fry until hot.
