8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 T. cream
1/2 to 3/4 cup diced cucumber (diced very small)
1 or 2 T. minced fresh onion
1/2 t. salt (scant)
1/4 t. ground cumin, or to taste

Blend cream cheese & cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients & chill until ready to serve.

Serving size: 56g (about ¼ cup)

Sounds really good, Shanny! Some of the 'cheat' recipes from the past may make it back in as regular meals?
Exactly! lol! My smoked oyster dip which I practically live on lately, has been popular with the family for years - my sister found it somewhere right after she got married in 1972. It took me all this time to realize what a great low-carb recipe it is. Someday I gotta sit down & really go through my recipes . . . but 45 years' worth of recipes seems a lotta hard work right now.
Why am I telling YOU this? You prob'ly have more years accumulated than I have! ;)
