And they weren't kidding around. They also said that i shouldnt lose any more weight. i didnt know what to say other than "yea, right"

Heres the thing....im so locked in on exercising and not so interested in eating. add in my diabetes, and it all adds up to weight loss.

I expect you're getting to where you look really lean. Try to keep an open mind about it; exercising compulsively and not eating isn't a good combination. The biggest thing is to keep your diabetes in good control, and that should be a lot easier now that you've lost this much weight. You shouldn't have to worry about regaining, since you eat essentially no carbs. Nice work, Eric!

One of our sons & both of his boys are really tall (like our son is 6'8" and the boys are 6'5". I know our son weighs about 225, and the boys prob'ly weigh about 185. Their ribs stick out! I know they eat like horses, and they're healthy as horses, but if your ribs start showing, for gosh sake slow down & start eating! :D :D :D

Hello ThoseBackPages, What is your average Blood Glucose? If it's high then you are burning up fat and mussel tissue. I bet you don't have a low.

My average BG reading is 74.5

WOW Well there's your problem. Are you a type 1? If so then I would bring up the Basel and bolus to each meal. Keep exercising. ;)
