I don't know anything about the company, but some of us use Stevia in cooking and baking. Sometimes if you use all one type of sweetener in a dish, it can give it a bad taste, so many use a combination of 2 or more. I use Stevia and Splenda. If you are converting a regular recipe to low carb, let's say it calls for a cup of sugar, if you use a cup of any sweetener, it will taste terrible. Always use a LOT less than the recipe calls for.
