I have diabetes type 2 since 2006. Currently I take

Gemer 2 Forte (1-0-1) + Voglibose 0.2 (1-0-1) + lipicure 10mg (0-0-1).

I have also plan my meals.

Love to hear from friends if they have any experience with these drugs especially benefits and side effects like lesser immunity or any other side effect. Does switching to insulin is a better idea to avoid the side effects of drugs.

Any friends in Bangalore who can refer a good diabetologist and a diabetes centre which has comprehensive care for diabetics.

It would be good to know if there is any diabetes club in Bangalore which regularly meets up. Need some motivation from fellow diabetics to continue my fight against it.
