If those symptoms come and go it may be due to eating too many carbs for a few days and then backing off and eating more healthy foods for awhile. Eating healthy consistently and counting carbs would help. I eat an average of 130g of carbs per day. Exercising for several days and then stopping could also bring on symptoms if you are actually on the verge of becoming a diabetic. Exercising every day can help. You could possibly be a prediabetic. You could see an endocrinologist and get a diagnosis.
