Hi everyone,

My name is Ricardo, I'm 44 years old, and my daughter, Isabel, was diagnosed with diabetes one year ago. We are a brasilian family. I´m a universitary teacher. I work in UNICAP (Universidade Católica de Pernambuco). I don’t speak or written in English very well. I study English when I was a 14 years old and… then, you excuse me with my deficit…

Isabel is a teen (15 year old). She is a pretty girl. When Bel was diagnosed her h1ac was 13%. Now her h1ac is 5.7 I’d like to learn with you about diabetes… foods, care, etc…

I’m very happy to met this group. I want love all you.

Hello Ricardo, Bel has an excellent A1c! I hope she has great control for a very long time. I have had diabetes for 64 years and I am very healthy. With good conteol Bel can have a long, healthy life.
