I have been experiencing a lot the symptoms described for hypoglycemia. I have been suffering from migraines for years. I mean years! I get shaky, I go into almost like a drunken state (confused, I can't even think straight!) I get hunger, anxiety, heart palpations, sometimes I feel like I'm going to faint out of no where or forget where I am and what I am doing.

I have nightmares through out the night, I also wake up in sweat drenched nightware.

Up until recently I talked to my mother in law about it and she suggested I get a glucometer and start logging my blood sugar.

I'm just not sure why but even when I am at 5.0 mmol/L I feel a tad bit werid. Then it went to 4.3 mmol/L and it was more noticeable. I had already eatting breakfast and tested two hours after. Then I ate something to try and boost it back up and waited again for two hours and it was still 4.6 range. Then it was time for supper and I retested and it was up to 6.0. The feelings were stable.

I feel the best when I am 7.0 or higher. But anything like 5.0 or lower I feel funny.

What do you think?

It seems to me like somethings out of whack. The best thing to do would be to go to a doctor and have some 'professional' testing done and get an answer to what is going on. Your doctor will probably do a fasting glucose, a hgbA1c and possibly even a glucose tolerance test. Good luck. Let us know what you find out after you get some answers from your doctor.
