I am taking a daily multivitamin, Insulow (R-ALA w/biotin) before meals, chia oil because the fish oil is too "fishy" for me to tolerate, B-12, & D-3.

Some claim apple cider vinegar helps lower blood sugar. Apparently, a little red wine will do the same, as well as provide resveratrol. Resveratrol, found in grape skins and seeds, increases HDL cholesterol and prevents blood clotting.

It's my preference, but if you don't drink alcohol, then by all means try the apple cider vinegar.

I've not heard of benefits of aloe vera for PWD.
