As for what I try and do to control my diabetes is,
For food some of my main meals I freeze them trying to keep it all within a Carb range
I find this helps when I come home from work and wanna eat right away and stops snacking before meals
I use the calorie king website to help control this
Exersice I try to walk most nights when its not raining or ride the bike or play Xbox kinect when I can my new activity for when the weather
Gets better is kayak fishing have yet to catch anything but its fun..lol
To monitor the numbers I use a program called on track seems to do the job
Yep think that's about it.. nice and simple
