Hello everyone.
Well, I am a 45 yr old grandmother of a 4 year old and have 2 grown children.
I was diagnosed on 9-29-2010, so it has only been a few weeks for me, but I have some knowledge from an extensive family history with Type 2.
As many do, I had let my weight get away from me, but am working hard on that now, have lost about 8 pounds in 7 weeks.
I welcome all opinions and am only too happy to give mine.
