It is true that sleep and lots of exercise are really great for type two diabetes there is no better solution than food, the eating plan is the best way to keep thing under control and if you stop doing this then you will lose out on the entire goal as your body will not function as it should. And most of the patients with type two diabetes stop their diets only to find that they cannot start back so easily.

Being underweight isn't healthy, and even increases your mortality risk. In order to promote weight gain, you have to consume more calories. high-calorie foods are avoided entirely in weight loss or maintenance diets, and indeed, it's important.
