I was diagnosed first of June with Type 2 diabetes and a A1c of 8.4. I am not on any medications, have being doing LCHF since 14th of June. I bought a home Bayer HGBA1c today. I know it was early for one but I tested anyway. Drum roll please.........6.2. I have been working my buns off on this. Hope these are pretty accurate. I am so excited. I feel like I have won the lottery. So for today I will feel wonderful, as I know with diabetes there are good and bad days.
