embrace it. dress appropriately. I'm not much of a cold fan and I live on the prairies in Canada so it gets cold...for long periods of time. If I hide inside for too long I start getting very depressed and we all know where that goes...bad eating choices, poor health choices. I try and get in the occasional FUN outdoor activity - x country skiing, snowshoeing (although I haven't managed so far this winter), focus on the fact that I seem to burn through sugar at a faster rate in the cold
and a nice fire or hot drink when I come home feels like a reward.
