How to show new replies to my posts since last log in?

You could subscribe to your threads so that you will get a notification of any activity on that thread.
If you click on NEW POSTS you'll see any thread with a new post to it since you last viewed the thread (the title will be in bold), along with the user name of the last poster.

As far as finding your threads, you can go to your userCP, click on your Profile, then click on the statistics tab, and click on All threads started by ...., which will list all your threads and the last poster to it.
