My Ronnie uses novolog in his Medtronic minimed pump. We are shopping for Medicare plans and medicare part D drug plans.
BCBS drug plan will not cover novolog. Can anyone tell me their experiences making the switch from one to the other. Will Humolog work in the insulin pump??? Some insurance companies will not even cover him because he is on an insulin pump.

The FDA officially approved Humalog for pumps in 2011. There's information about it on google but I don't have experience with pumps to say much else about it.
