Hello and welcome to our community! Those numbers are quite good but a fasting of 116 is a little high fo a nondiabetic. I suggest that you test at home and see what you fasting is for the next few days and then let s know what you find. You may be fine with no problems.

Hello

You dont have to because you are doing great.

For a normal person without diabetes, the fasting blood glucose reading should not be more than 6.1 mmol/l [ 110 mg/dl ]. So it is not too bad for you.

If you do a random blood glucose test, normal value should not be more than 7.8 mmol/l [ 140 mg/dl ]
