so i have this digital bathroom scale that i have had for a few years. in the last few months since i have been working on my diet and my weight i have been taking my weight every morning at the same time just to keep an eye on my weight trends. every so often my weight seem to jump between on day to the next so i will step back on the scale and see the number is now 3 or 4 pounds lighter. i step back on the scale and see yet another number. after 4 different times on the scale i seem to find an average weight that i think might really be my weight.
well last night i did this ritual before bed and settled on a weight. this morning after a full nights sleep my scale told me i gained 2 pounds over night :frusty::frusty:. i am certian that i do not sleep eat. so i told my wife that is it, we are getting a new scale.
