I have a digital scale that seems pretty accurate. If I way myself two or three times in a row it's never more than 0.1lbs different.
However, we all fluctuate in weight from day to day, even DURING the day, so there will always be day-to-day differences...
Personally, I'd like to try one of these things: Omron body fat scale
