I was always holding on to hope that my meter was bad or something. Was worried about how hard it would be to keep him healthy. With his attitude, I see that it won't be a problem. He already want's to do everything daddy does. He was also excited to take his meter to school. He seems like he is actually proud of it which I don't mind. At least he doesn't see it as a burden yet and I am hoping that helps him stick to it.Thanks so much for the update. Glad to hear he had a clear diagnosis. I'm sure it would have been torture if you had to wonder if you were imaginging things. Keep us posted, ok?
I need to get in and get checked again but I am trying to stay away from doctors for a little bit. Had my fill for a while. I am feeling pretty good right now so going to ride through summer and enjoy myself. Get back to see my endo in a few months.Wow -- any thoughts about antibody testing, for YOU?
He is obviously in wonderful hands -- good luck, to you BOTH! And hugs!!!

How about this resource?I will worry but I have to be strong for him. I have to make sure I don't pass my fear on to him.
He is going to the doctor tomorrow. I will not go through the same process as before.I know what tests need to be done and will not waste time with anything less. At least I am prepared and know how to control it thanks to fine folks at DiabetesForum.com.
It is time for sweeping changes in the family. We are all diabetic from this point on as far as I am concerned. Time to hit the recipe section again.
