Through testing I found a few foods that spike me at the 1 hr mark but come back down to less then 120 at the 2 hr
is this good?
according to the instructions that came with my reli on meter
it said you should be under 100 fasting which I always am
and under 120 2 hrs after eating which for the most part I am
there are just a few things that send me over the 140 point
at the 1 hr but Im always back under 120 at 2 hr
I have to go for my next set of #s in 2 months and Im already
freaking out!!!
