Yeah, they aren't thick enough to be bagel-y although they taste okay.
I got mixed up with my eating/testing, so I 'm going to have to try it again (there were green bananas today too, and I'd cooked those the instant we got home - forgot I was waiting to test for the bagel & ate a bowl of scalloped GB . . . very hard to resist them!

I keep tellin' y'all I need a keeper . . .
