Been thinking about a Jalepeno snack.
1 cup whole blanched almonds
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
2 large fresh jalepenos, sliced with seeds included
1 cup shredded chedar cheese
Couple tbs of coconut oil
Spices, dried minced onions, garlic, red pepper, black pepper, salt, paprika, and cumin
Turned on the food processor until a dough formed. Rolled it out flat on parchment paper on microwave tray. I nuked it on high for 6-8 minutes, turning it over after 3-4 minutes.
Wow, some cream cheese on these and I feel like I sitting in a mexican resturant. Some one with some tortila cooking experience I think would be able to make a taco shell from this recipe. I tried frying some, worked good but a little thick.
