2 pkg. sugar free Jello
3/4 cup heavy cream
4 pkts. Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Make the jello as package directs. Place 1 cup jello in a small container. Divide the remaining jello between 4 parfait glasses. Refrigerate until set.
Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside 1/2 of the whipped cream. To the other half, add the reserved cup of jello, and beat just until it is blended well. Place on top of the jello layer in the parfait glasses. Top with the remaining whipped cream.
