Rowing, stationary bike, and had the idea to set it as a workout while chasing the kids around the table. Also bumped up the goal to a straight 1000 move calories.

Not much today, 2 hour car ride to a casino, a few hours playing on the slots, and a 2 hour ride home. Did get in about 6000 steps, and came home with a little of the casino's money.

Would have been a nice day for a bike ride.

Replaced one wheel speed sensor and pulled and cleaned the other on the front end of BHs car. In hind sight, I wish I had first tried to clean the one I changed, Getting to the wiring connection to unplug and plug the sensor under the hood was the most time consuming part of it all. Barely room to get one hand in where two were needed. Good thing nobody around to hear that I hadn't forgot how to speak French.

Had a guy in town check the codes, so I already knew which one was giving the alarm. I bought a sensor to replace it and went ahead a bought a scanner that would read and reset ABS codes. Hooked up the scanner and took a short drive to see what the scanner showed before I started working on it. Everything looked good but the right front. Changed it, took another drive, and the left front had quit. I pulled it out of the housing, cleaned it off, and put it back in. Did another drive, and all was well, except it made me miss watching the Razorbacks baseball game. Hope the cleaning took care of the one, it looked harder to get to wiring connection than the other one.

Sounds like replacing headlamp bulbs. Never do just one... and one is always harder to reach than the other (at least that's how it is in both my car and my wife's).

Exercise yesterday: cutting up and transporting a station wagon full of brush to the dump site, then mowing our lawn and cleaning for guests today.

Nothing today, went sight seeing at a couple of nearby lakes. Will get to change out the other sensor tomorrow, light came back on while out on our tour.

Did the usual stuff today, walking, cycling, and rowing, with one new addition: suicides. Using my driveway and that of three of my neighbors, I did four sets in ~13 mins, and pushed up my heart rate to 169.

Usual mix of cycling, walking/jogging, and rowing. Starting to build up jogging stamina now. Initial mile clocked in at 12 mins, and could have been faster except the kids couldn’t keep pace.

Yesterday was spent spraying fire ants and weeds in the morning and shaving the dog in the afternoon. He's part Border Collie /Australian Shepard mixed with something else. He weighs 98 pounds and has a very thick coat like a buffalo. I think he would easily survive Alaskan winters but he doesn't do well in this heat.

Today it's working on the tractor, looking for a loose connection or bad wire in the wiring going to the starter. I don't do well in this heat either, but I'm already shaved.

More time working on the tractor. Don't know that I fixed anything, but did find a suspicious wire. Very brittle and showing more ohms than I thought it should. It is an air cooled motor and it did overheat when the fan belt broke last year.

Maybe have time for a bike ride soon. Planning on going on a small group ride Saturday.

Just finished a 1.5 mile jog / walk, at an average pace of 12.53/mi. Going to Williamsburg this weekend, so backing down the move goal. Also just received my second dose of the COVID vaccine, and arm is sore, so probably won’t row today.
