Me too, Wednesday was my last day.

Yesterday, with the all the rain and the first day off in a while I got more steps than I planned. Today I'm still working on, gotta go out and weed eat.

Ended up showing 5622 steps today,

For the month of April, I had 489,150 steps and 1,218 floors, daily average of 16,305 and 40.6 floors.

For the 31 days of the outage 4/4 - 5/4, I had 511,845 steps and 1317 floors, daily average 16,511 steps and 42.5 floors.

The most steps in a day was 23,512 and had 8 days over 20,000 steps. The most floors in a day was 107 and had 9 days with 50 or more.

Not bad for someone who turned 67 last Saturday.

This is pretty much every day since July 5, 2021, when I had my first outpatient therapy for my left knee replacement. I’m finding that since I can now get around without pain / crutches / cane I can’t sit still very long. I still do my daily knee exercises and use that as stretch activity on my Apple Watch. I’m also very active at work. Plus I started walking/hiking/riding my bike again and bought a kayak.

First ride on the bike since January 2 last year. 30 minutes on the trainer. I think there has been a little loss of "umph" since then. Gotta start making it a habit again.

39 minute ride on the trainer last night, 10.15 miles.

12.5 miles 55 minutes on the trainer tonight.

13.1 mile ride night before last, 15.06 mile ride last night, both on the trainer. I'm gonna wait until I'm comfortable again with 20 miles before going outside.

A 17.25 mile bike ride on the trainer night before last, 6.84 last night, sore knee..

I'm still waiting for the nicer days. We've already met our annual average snowfall and it's only mid-January. 🙁

A 6.69 mile ride on the trainer this afternoon, kept it short and flat to help the knee. Only had about 30 minutes to ride before going out to eat for FIL's 83 birthday.
