Hi everyone, I thought I would share my recent victory in a discrimination case. Good news for many who are in a similar position I hope. I have been type 1 since June 2009 and have had quite a roller-coaster couple of years.

I cant post links yet so you can find the info by google:
'Paul Bailey AA discrimination'
There is a BBC radio and TV interview linked on utube too.

Hope you find this interesting

Paul

It took courage and perseverance to stand up to that, and while it might not directly affect the laws in my country, the press probably will help!

Thank you!

Paul, I read the information about you case. That is fantastic! I sure hope that things are going well for you now.

How is your diabetes control now? Ask any questions you want here. I have been type 1 for 65 years and I am doing very well.

Thanks Richard, my control is getting better now that I am not getting harassed at work. It was hard to keep any sort of control due to the stress I was under. I hope it continues to improve as at the beginning, before the work problems I was doing well :)
