Hello!

Has anyone heard of a product called "Whey Low"?

I tried some and it is a sweetener that's made out of lactose (milk sugar) which apparently has fewer carbs than sugar but is not a chemical.

I didn't notice a significant rise in BG after trying some in coffee but it tastes a little funny.

Has anyone else tried this product? Any opinions?
