Hello everyone, I´m looking forward to star my LCHF diet, I´m a little concerned about my gastritis and constipation though,
I´d like to ask all of you who have been in a LCHF diet if you ever had troubble with gastritis? will this diet give me a serius case of gastritis?what about constipation? what do you do to fight constipation in this diet? I´ll apprecciate your advise . Thank you so much!

IMHO gastritis should not be an issue with LCHF, but some people do report constipation for the first few days, and it does resolve on it's own soon

Mine hasn't but then cheese always been 'binding' for me all my life, so I just take a laxative every few days...right now I take Milk of Magnesia. I discussed this with my doctor first, so you might want to do the same, but fiber didn't help me.
