I have had leg cramps, in my sleep, that have lead to nasty injuries.
Mustard or Apple Cider Vinegar, you only need a teaspoon of either.
It cuts the cramps almost immediately.
Man, did I use to get leg cramps. Every night in my sleep I'd to get up and couldn't. The pain would be so bad I could not move. I got my BG 's under control and now I don't have any cramps. It might sound funny but if you bite your lower lip it helps.
Those of us who have posted on this thread, have found something that works for us. Everyone is different. Posting our cures may help someone else find what works for them. That is what it is all about.
