With the change in diet and the exercising I am doing I am finding that I need less and less sleep. I am an early to bed type person but typically always got up around six in the morning. I find now that I am going to bed later and getting up two hours earlier. Five hours is all I seem to get at night and it is not like I am tired during the day as I feel good. Is this somewhat expected?

I haven't noticed any type of changes in my sleep or my fasting blood glucose levels being affected by how much sleep that I had....but we are all different!
