I have a Salter Electronic Aquatronic scales which I have used for years. You can switch it to ounces/grams or fluid ounces/mls
Don't know where you will get it from as I got mine from a catalogue years ago.

I use the MyWeigh NutriScale Digital Scale. It is a great help when it comes to wathcing portions and caloric count, etc. I bought mine from Digital Scales AZ online. They have a great deal on this scale. Check it out and look them up online. Hope it helps!

I love my very little, lightweight, portable Escali!

I weigh my food ... and my CAT! on it.
I would love to see your cat on the scale! :D

He is a tiny old guy -- around 7 lb at last check -- and I put him in a box balanced on the scale's pan. IF I could keep him on it and snap a pic at the same time, I would -- LOL. It is all I can do to read the numbers!
