There was a different nurse at the endo office today and when she saw I went from 11.4 to 5.1 in 3 months she asked how... I told her insulin and a low carb diet... She was very impressed. I wish that my numbers were what they were 3 months ago... Having to eat two meals at work is hurting me big time...
