So I made the exact same dish on a pressure cooker, and it was just as yummy, if not better.

chicken breasts or tenderloins
low sodium chicken broth
bell pepper
fresh spinach
tomatoes (optional)
pad of butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
Place chicken first. Add all ingredients next. Top with spinach. Whether you make in crock pot or pressure cooker, break down the chicken in shreds after it's done.
