I've pretty much cleaned out my pantry and replaced them with safer options. I find the Walden Farms condiments sold at Netrition are pretty good substitutions. Things like mustard and mayo are usually 0 carb. Even though certain vinegars do have carbs they don't raise my bgs, so I do use Balsamic and Rice vinegars. I also find some full fat salad dressings are pretty low in carbs.
