Breakfast: avocado, Amylu Andouille chicken sausage, coffeew with half & half

Lunch (at the airport, waiting for my plane): 1/4-lb burger (no bun) with lettuce, tomato, two onion rings, bacon, cheddar; 3 french fries, coffee

Dinner (finally at the hotel in Monterey, split a room-service burger with Mrs. S): 1/4-lb burger (no bun), with lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, bacon, pepperjack; side salad (lettuce, two black olives, bleu cheese dressing)

7:00 AM (breakfast, at my conference): scrambled eggs, two sausage links, 5 slices bacon, coffee

Lunch: bunless cheeseburger (grassfed), lettuce, tomato, onion, innards of tempura-battered cauliflower "buffalo" wings, dip, vinegar-based coleslaw
6:07 PM (at a reunion of employees of a prior employer that went out of business in 2008 (at The Irish Bank in downtown SF): 105 (probably more carbs in that coleslaw than I thought; or the stress of driving 2+ hours in Bay Area traffic on a Friday afternoon did a number on my BGs)
Snack: 2 drinks (rye on the rocks)
11:11 PM (back at the hotel in Monterey) (before dinner): 88
Dinner: Lemon Matcha Dang That's Good! bar
