Has anyone switched from Medtronic to Animas? What is your experience with the pump and customer service?

I was on a medtronic pump for about 5 years until about 2009, but went off it. Now looking at pumps again, and I am actually looking at switching to the Animas.

I've met with both the sales reps for the two pumps in the last few months, and the Animas seems more intriguing to me! Perhaps because it's different than what I know?

Customer service with the Metronic was ok. It was a decent pump. In terms of the service meeting up with the sales reps, I liked the Animas better, the sales rep brought someone who was currently using the Animas pump that was in a similar situation to me.
