I am on Metanx. I started it to increase my B 12 levels. It is also good for reducing homocystein levels if yours are high. Low B12 levels can be one cause of neuropathy symptoms.
The one thing I have to admit is that it is expensive. I do have a pharmacy savings card that reduces the cost somewhat. As far as I know Metanx is not covered by most or all insurance companies.
