Hi Folks, I haven't been around for a while and thought I might check and see how you all are.
Great to be able to pause in our travels around Australia and to get a normal internet connection again.
Yes my last A1C was about 1 year ago, but, my fasting BS is normal (4.8 - 6.1, sorry forgot the conversion for the US measurement) and I also use a keto breath test most every day which is in the 5+ yellow blinks range.
