Before I went to bed last night my BG reading was 79 so I had a box of raisins.
This morning I had a cup of cherios with no fat milk and a bottle of water. So far at work my BG has been 89 and 80 with one full box of raisins between them. Am I really burning sugar that quick or was it from how I ate since yesterday? These are the best morning numbers I've had since January
