The ADA magazine, "Diabetes Forecast", is celebrating its 6o'th anniversary with the Oct. issue this year. They have an article on several diabetics who have had diabetes for more than 60 years and are doing well. I am one of the diabetics in the article. On page 60 of the issue is a picture of me and my write-up is just above my pic. I feel like a baby because the other diabetics in the article are all older and have had diabetes longer than me. Some have had diabetes for mor that 80 years. WOW!! I have a long ways to go folks and I am going to do it too. Here is the online write-up but not including the pics.

Hi Richard: :)

Are you missing part of the link? It says page not found. When I clicked on magazine - Current Issue and then Long Lives, Lived Well, it has Mr. Rounds story(Totally Amazing) but I can't find yours. It's probably just me. :D

Thanks Richard. :) You are extremely Lucky to be Alive. Bad Boy...eating all those carbs. :D j/k. I ate some also since we didn't know not to but not as many as you or the variety that you did. We're ALL Glad that you are still around to teach us and tell us your experiences even though you are the Baby. ;)
