I currently am 90-95kg, 170cm tall and need to lose weight. I have tried losing weight before and only managed 1kg over 6 months. Can somebody please suggest a method that can give me a chance, I want to be around 70kg.
We welcome you, ccaCoty, but you do understand, don't you, that the purpose of our forum is for support of people who suffer from diabetes? While weight loss is often a component in controlling diabetes, we are not primarily a weight-loss support group.

I lost a lot of weight using Xenical which is marketed under the name of Ali and is in most Walmart stores. Ali does not bost your metabolism it simply turns the fat in your food to a type of oil and it passes right through you. It has no real bad side effects except if you take it for a long time. It gave me bursitis and I ended up tearing some tendons in my arms. But understand that I was taking the presecription dose which is twice as strong at the over the counter version and I took it for a year. I lost 60lbs. You can eat good and still lose weight. You will like this. Just be sure to use as directed.
