Hello
I am a 55 year old male father of 2 boys and married for 28 years, 3 years ago i was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2, most of my life have walked as my favorite exersise but have not controled my wait as well as I should. I am normaly no more than 120 but a simple meal can rise my sugars to 150, I am trying to educate myseld to control this and be happy with a positive attitude so I am looking for groups that can help me for the long run.

Welcome to the Forum Cariangas. Can you tell us how you manage your bgs? are you on medication. Your numbers seem OK but you may want to tweak your diet a little to get those after meal bgs a little lower. Many of us here try to manage our bgs with a Low Carb/ High Fat diet. It also helps with our weight.
