Hi all, I have been a diabetic for over 23 years... type 1. It's been a challenging ride but I've made it this far. I would love to hear from anybody with any experience. I have had my experiences with both injections and the pump. I currently use the pump and love it! It has changed my life. I would love to share my experiences and love to hear some!

It is just refreshing to have someone here that knows wht it is like to have a serious hypo in teens. and some one that knows food, carbs specificly, is not a bad thing but rather an important part of treatment. Sooo glad you are here.

Hello dnice, welcome! That is good that you have done well for so long. I have been type 1 for 65 years and am also doing well. I used injections for 61+ years and have pumped for 3+ years. There are several type 1 diabetics here. Tell us more about yourself, and ask all the questions you want.
