I read about new insulins,but I don't get what is new with it...

The gist I get from it is it's longer acting than Lantus or Levemir, such that it could be used every other day or a couple times a week in a Type 2, versus a daily injection.

Also day to day care is more consistent, but I'm not really sure what they mean by that.

I don't like the name. Sounds like something you'd call someone else.

Welcome back, Nenad . . . how are your "patients" getting along - your diabetic wife and daughter? :)

Ema got new therapy,from levemir to lantus+novorapid,it is something new for me,had to learn about lantus....
My wife is using less of insulin,became more disciplined with exercises & balanced meals... :p:p:p
Education most important thing with diabetes,so I always ask when I don't know something....Stem cells are in my fokus!
