:wave:Hi everyone,
I am 26 and was diagnosed with Diabetes when I was 6. I recently was started on my first insulin pump and am loving it, what a difference it makes not only in ease of daily life but in control as well. I have been fortunate and have had very little complications thus far but within the past 2 years I have become very physically active and this has brought a whole new learning experience on how to safely exercise while having diabetes. Looking forward to talking with others...

Hello Blondey, welcome to our community! You and are both Type 1, diagnosed when we were 6 and pump insulin. I have been pumping with my MM 522 for 26 months. Pumping makes our lives so much easier and our control much better. I hope you have great success with your pump.

My diagnosis was in 1945 and I have been diabetic for 63 years. I am very healthy. Good control can give us a great chance at having a long, healthy life.

Richard
