Hello!
I am a Type 2 who was diagnosed in November 2008. My life has not been the same since then, as you can imagine.
I am still trying to grasp the concept, learn, apply, and get healthy.
I am trying to go low carb (I love carbs!
)
I am exercising for the first time in my life and I am 48-starting off with walking but doing it consistently. I do not like to sweat, but that is probably what contributed to this condition in the first place.
I am looking forward to learning a lot here and making friends who understand completely.
