Hello Everyone-
My son was diagnosed about 10 months ago and this is the first time his allergies have really flared up since his diagnosis. In particular, his eyes are always very hard-hit by hay fever. I am planning on purchasing an OTC allergy relief eye drop, and there are several types to choose from. Some use ketotifin fumarate (Zaditor, Alaway), some use naphazoline hydrochloride & pheniramine maleate (Naphcon A), and some use cromolin sodium (Opticrom). Searching for interaction information with Novolog & Lantus isn't resulting in much for me, does anyone out there know which drops are best for diabetic kids? Due to insurance issues, I cannot get a prescription drop immediately, so it needs to be OTC for now. Any thoughts?
Thanks!
