Hello and welcome! Ruby has given you very good advice. I don't ever eat ceral but some diabetics do. I eat low carb whole grain bread, 8 carbs per slice. I count carbs and eat a maximum of 130 carbs per day. A low carb diet and exercise will help you lose weight. It worked nicely for me. Ruby was right about portion control. Hi Judy. I'm not sure of what you are asking. My carbs for meals each day average 30, 40, 30. Lunch is my biggest meal. My snacks give me another 30. About 15 in afternoon and 15 about 9pm. That is a total of 130 for the day. Some people eat a lot fewer carbs than I do but you need to eat enough to have the energy you require.
