I usually use ground flaxseed which is 4 carbs and 4 fiber so basically 0. I mix it with other alternative flours. I know a lot of low carb tortillas have oat fiber in them.

I'm also interested if anyone has tried oat fiber.
I use golden flax meal and oat bran.
Oat fiber has no net carbs like flax meal.
One cup of oat bran has 66 g carb and 15 g fiber, 51 net carb.

I use it in CC-vaffels.
I like to use it there, makes my vaffels like normal vaffels in texture, but since they have many carbs, they will make one vaffel 6,5 carbohydrates.
I also use them in my proteine bread but in smaller amount which makes the proteine bread real lowcarb.
I like very much the texture the oat fiber gives my baking

I have never used it, but from what I have read, when it comes to baking, oat fiber is a lot like phyllium husks except that phyllium husks absorbs up to 100% or more of it's weight in liquid, while oat fiber absorbs about 7%. And oat fiber is not gluten-free, but phyllium husks are, if that is a concern for you.
